An emergency patch for this has been pushed and we're waiting on confirmation from the customer affected that it resolved their issue.
We've identified an issue for customers whose NetSuite account numbers are not just numeric and begin with acct, ie acct88651. These users are able to login, however they are not able to search for records without getting a 2FA error
A hotfix is being tested and will be deployed shortly.
