Microsoft has resolved the issue.
We believe this issue is due to the current Microsoft 365 outage as portal admins login with Microsoft credentials. Please track the issue at https://portal.office.com/servicestatus
Admins are unable to login to subscriptions.cloudextend.io. Engineers are investigating and we'll provide an update as soon as we have one.
