LICENSING ISSUES ARE RESOLVED. At approximately 7:30AM EST NetSuite resolved the defect and completed the update to 2019.2 for our account as well as many other accounts upgrading to 2019.2 today.

CloudExtend Gmail licenses are stored and validated on our NetSuite production account. At approximately 3AM EST the production account was in the process of being upgraded to NetSuite 2019.2. While this typically takes just a few minutes the update took NetSuite longer than expected due to NetSuite defect 559787. The issue was resolved by 6:30AM EST.
