We've met with some impacted users and captured log files. While the impact is still low (<10 reported incidents) our engineers are burning the midnight oil to resolve this.
After investigation this issue is not widespread and seems to be impacting only a few users (5). We're keeping the status page active for this issue and if you are impacted please contact support.
Some users are reporting an 'invalid argument' error when loading templates with CloudExtend Excel for NetSuite and CloudExtend Excel for Salesforce. We're investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as we can.
