The issue is resolved. Please note the issue was with a Microsoft build of Excel. Should you encounter this issue please update to the newest version of Excel.
Investigating
Some (but not all) users are reporting that desktop Excel is crashing when they upsert data using CloudExtend. The workaround for now is to use online Excel. Our team has not been able to replicate the issue but is investigating and we will provide updates here.
