We've now resolved the incident and all events should sync from Outlook to NetSuite in near real time. We will be pushing another update to the app over the weekend that will ensure the queue is not impacted as we scale. Thank you for your patience.
We've resolved the initial issue and today we're happy to report that we expect all events to be cleared from the queue today as they are now processing 25x faster. We'll watch this over the rest of the day and post an update.
A fix is scheduled for May 10, 2024. Events still in the queue from May 1 to May 10 not in NetSuite won't sync after the fix unless they are updated after the fix is released. Thank you for your patience. Learn more here.
We've identified the root cause that is causing a large backlog in the queue. We will be changing our approach to queues the week of May 6th that should eliminate this issue moving forward and will provide an update as soon as we can.
Events are taking a long time to sync from Outlook to NetSuite. Note this only impacts events created via Calendar Autopilot. Events manually synced will continue to sync immediately.
