This issue has been resolved. We suspect the root cause was a disruption to a NetSuite API endpoint that caused the ExtendInsights add-in to retry requests automatically. This resulted in an elevated number of metadata calls, which triggered authentication errors to affected users. The endpoint has since recovered.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting some ExtendInsights for Excel users. Affected users will see an error message similar to: "The HTTP request was forbidden with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'" or a response of "n" when the add-in attempts to retrieve data. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we investigate this issue.
