We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
The fix has been deployed to our QA environment. Our goal is to get this throught the QA process and pused into production on September 25th. We'll post another update on the 25th.
Several users have reported that they receive a message that their license is not valid when accessing the CloudExtend files tab. This is currently impacting 5% or less of the base. We've identified the issue and will post updates here.
