This issue is resolved. Root cause from our vendor below. Our vendor has advised of that as part of regular maintenance activity, a subset of their servers was rotated, which led to a configuration change causing the servers to return intermittent errors. They have identified the root cause and reverted the change to be back online. Thanks for your patience all!

The CloudExtend subscription portal is currently not accessible. Admins logging in to subscriptions.cloudextent.io are currently encountering permission errors and are unable to login. We're escalating this to engineering and will provide updates.
