NetSuite is still working to resolve it.
Some users have reported that their CloudExtend Gmail license is not recognized. We're aware of the issue. The root cause is that NetSuite (status.netsuite.com) is experiencing service degradation issues and our licenses are served by the NetSuite instances currently having issues. This issue should be resolved as soon as NetSuite addresses the issue. They typically turn these around real fast.
